1 - Initial Strategy Session

Get on a consultation call to walk through your goals, challenges, and ensure we're the right fit for you. If we aren't, we're more than happy to refer you out to someone better suited for your challenges.

2 - Personalized Path

As part of your onboarding your coach will walk you through your training, nutrition, and lifestyle protocols specifically designed for you. This will be based on your dietary restrictions, injury history, available equipment, time constraints, skill level, and personal preference. A truly tailored approach for YOU.

3 - Gamification

We take accountability to the next level through gamification. You'll be assigned a trooper number to serve as your new avatar that you rank up within the community, skyrocketing your motivation as you earn prizes for completing monthly challenges. You'll also be assigned to a squad to support you as you take on monthly missions that are designed to help you build habits through positive reinforcement.

4 - Data-Driven Feedback

No more guesswork. Your coach will be able to review your progress every week with you and call out areas for improvement before you burn out or stall out. Ultimately enabling you to adapt your plan to the varying life stressors that impact everyone on their fitness journey.

What if I don't have access to certain equipment?

That's where we do the work to design your training plan to fit what you have access to. Many members have lost 20-80lbs just working out from home. Many use just bodyweight or dumbells. If your goals require certain equipment, we'll be honest with you. Nobody wins if we tell you something is achievable when it's not.

How is this different than anything else out there?

The difference is the ways we gamify habit development. You won't learn any secret workouts discovered by aliens on Naboo. There isn't a special supplement harvested from sands of the Dune Sea. We utilize the same techniques that video games have used for decades to increase participation and change behaviors. We'll simplify the basics for you and then you'll have a coach, squad, and global community keeping you accountable to your goals.

How much does it cost?

It varies depending on several factors unique to the individual. A doctor can't give you a recommendation without an assessment. Otherwise you end up with surgery when you just needed aspirin.
